01What does Markio do?
Markio rebuilds small-business websites from a URL. You can edit the result by chat, collect leads, add a visitor assistant, and manage connected Google Business Profile locations.
02Can Markio redesign my existing website?
Paste a website you own or have permission to reuse. Markio reads selected pages and uses the business details, copy, and images to build a new site. You choose the images and review every fact before publishing.
03How do I edit the website after it is built?
Open the editor and describe the change in plain language. Ask for a new section, a different headline, new colors, or more image choices. Preview the result before publishing, or restore an earlier version if you change your mind.
04Does Markio manage Google Business Profile?
Connect an authorized Google account and select a location. Markio can show available profile metrics, draft Google posts and review replies, and publish the actions you approve. Google API availability and account permissions still apply.
05Can I connect my own domain?
Active paid plans include a custom domain with SSL. Keep the Markio URL for previews while customers visit the site on your own domain.
06Is there a free trial?
You can start a website preview without a credit card. New accounts receive welcome AI Credits for the first build and edits. Starter monthly also has a 7-day trial with a card on file. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
07Who owns the website content and images?
You keep the rights to the business content you bring to Markio. You must own or have permission to reuse submitted website content and uploaded images. Stock photos come from openly licensed sources. Markio hosts the generated site. Source-code export is not currently available.
08What if my business has multiple locations?
Markio can bring multiple addresses from your current site into the new one. After connecting an authorized Google account, choose which available location you want to manage.
